As part of the Key Account Manager team, you will report to the Business Line Manager and work closely with our Sales Team. This is a remote position located in either Denver CO, Salt Lake City UT, or Phoenix AZ.
As a Key Account Manager for Advance Wheel Solutions your Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop a target customer list (Key Accounts) and a sales plan to generate new business in the heavy truck & bus service market, including fleets, OEM aftermarket, OEM Dealer network, and independent service garages.
- Interact with end users/customers, distributor partners, and CP field sales to promote and sell CP products in the target market.
- Identify our business position within Key Accounts – headquarter location, branch locations, orders received, net invoiced sales, share of wallet, and competition market share.
- Keep job skills and market knowledge current through participation in field study, outside educational opportunities, and industry affiliations to provide maximum value to our customers, the sales group, and the company

Education
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (without a degree, seeking a total of 7 years of work experience in B2B Sales, OEM Aftermarket, OEM Dealer Network, and Independent Service Centers).
Experience
7 years of experience in B2B Sales, OEM Aftermarket, OEM Dealer Network, and Independent Service Centers.
Demonstrated experience in sales within Heavy Truck & Bus Services and fleets.
Skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as CRM software.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including the ability to influence beyond direct reports (i.e., GM, PC VP, KCM, etc.).
Capable of conducting professional presentations and demonstrations.
Ability to utilize social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter).
Travel
Must be willing to travel up to or at times exceeding 40%, including commercial and overnight travel within the territory.
