To succeed, you will need
1) 5 to 6 years of proven experience in portable compressor sales, with a strong record of accomplishment and Solid Sales experience. Mining or Construction equipment related experience is a plus. 2) Graduate Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Mining or Civil Engineering. Candidate having a post graduate qualification in Management will have added advantage. 3) Good knowledge of the Construction and Mining Products and Applications. Sales experience of Compressors, Lighting Towers, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Tools would be an added advantage. 4) Clear vision and ability to achieve results with action plans deriving from a solid strategic platform. 5) Good commercial and technical competence in order to command customer respect Personality requirements - Commercial hunting attitude, Autonomous, Dynamic, Team Worker, Positive, CRM - High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customer needs - Strong Business Acumen and Analysis Skills - Strong Interpersonal Skills - Ability to cope up with change in an ever faster moving digital landscape - Open-minded with a global mindset, curious to understand and learn new perspectives - A customer-centric individual who understands customers’ needs and seeks to fulfil or exceed expectations - A team player and natural diplomat who interacts and unites team members, customers, all stakeholders - A team member who comes with solutions to make things happen and who can translate his mission into strategy, turn the strategy into action - Positive attitude and the capacity to think "Out of the Box" to achieve the said mission - Open to regular domestic travel & frequent interaction with Customers, marketing team and regional Manager. |
