Your Role

We are looking for a Competent person who can take the Atlas Copco – Power Technique Business to new heights. The position covers responsibility for Western part of India mainly Maharashtra.

Mission

. Implement Mission of the AC Division


· Meet the assigned Targets,

. Ensure total Customer satisfaction & Retain existing Customer Loyalties

The Position will be responsible for:

·The Sales activities for Products under AC Brand for the assigned territory.

. Develop "New Business" opportunities for all products and services and maximize sales of AC brand compressors, there by improve market share, keeping full potential in mind.
- Select potential customers from database, tenders, and surveys in the assigned business territory
- Visit customers & communicate about product, services
- Assess customer requirements and specifications
- Better price realization.
- Ability to manage receivables and control cost.
- Territory Management and development - Appointing new dealers and promoters - To  increase our Market Share, Periodic evaluation and development of dealers
- Communicate with consultants regarding product development, features & benefits, new product introduction etc.,   
- Plan & demonstrate products; conduct trials with competitor machines & make value propositions
- Review and monitor customer needs
- Visit machine installations
- Monitor competitor activities, strategies and forward observations
- Formulate & submit projections based on market conditions and feedback
- Key Accounts Management
- Identify "Lost Business", and develop appropriate preventive measure
- Be a one point customer contact for Portable Energy customers
- Any other activities communicated from time to time
- Compliance with Corporate Guideline

To succeed, you will need  

1) 5 to 6 years of proven experience in portable compressor sales, with a strong record of accomplishment and Solid Sales experience. Mining or Construction equipment related experience is a plus.

2) Graduate Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Mining or Civil Engineering. Candidate having a post graduate qualification in Management will have added advantage. 

3) Good knowledge of the Construction and Mining Products and Applications. Sales experience of Compressors, Lighting Towers, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Tools would be an added advantage.

4) Clear vision and ability to achieve results with action plans deriving from a solid strategic platform.

5) Good commercial and technical competence in order to command customer respect
