Your Role

Job Description
Be fully responsible for all aspects of the company's strategic purchasing management, including strategy formulation, supplier management, cost control, and risk management, etc., to maximize procurement value, and report  to the general manager directly.
1.Formulate procurement strategic plans
Be responsible for the company's procurement strategic planning and plan formulation, including procurement goals, procurement plans, supplier strategies, etc.
2.Supplier Management
Discover and manage potential supplier resources, establish a supplier management system, and coordinate to ensure on-time delivery, product quality and after-sales service from suppliers.
3.Procurement cost control
Be responsible for the budgeting, execution and control of procurement costs, propose cost reduction strategies, and effectively achieve procurement cost control.
4.Align with the requirements of the group's procurement business
Be responsible for participating in and aligning with the management and execution of the group's strategic procurement. English proficiency should meet the working language standard.
5.Procurement Process Management
Comprehensively master the procurement process to ensure compliance in procurement management. Improve demand management, supplier selection, procurement contract signing and fulfillment, complaint handling, etc.
6.Risk Management
Identify and assess risks in the procurement process, formulate response measures, and ensure the stability and security of the supply chain.
7.Team Management
Lead and manage the procurement team, cultivate the professional qualities of team members, and empower them to efficiently implement procurement decisions and plans.

职位描述

全面负责公司策略采购管理各项工作，通过策略制定、供应商管理、成本控制、风险管理等方式实现采购价值最大化，直接向总经理进行工作汇报。

1.制定采购战略方案
负责公司采购战略规划及方案制定，包括采购目标、采购计划、供应商策略等。

2.供应商管理
发掘并管理潜在供应商资源，建立供应商管理体系，协调并保障供应商的准时交货、产品质量和售后服务。

3.采购成本控制
负责采购成本的预算、执行和控制，提出降本策略，有效实现采购成本控制。

4.对接集团采购业务要求
负责参与和对接集团策略采购的管理和执行。英语水平需达到工作语言标准。

5.采购流程管理
全面掌握采购流程，确保采购合规管理。完善需求管理、供应商选择、采购合同签订与履行、投诉处理等。

6.风险管理
识别和评估采购过程中的风险，制定应对措施，确保供应链的稳定性和安全性。

7.团队管理
领导和管理采购团队，培养团队成员的专业素质，授权团队成员高效执行采购决策和计划。

 
To succeed, you will need  

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing, chemical machinery, supply chain management, etc.

2. More than 5 years' manufacturing purchasing experience, more than 3 years'  purchasing manager/supply chain manager experience.

3.CET-4 or above, with fluent oral English, can be used as a working language.

4.WIth cacross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, strategic mindset and team management skills.

5.WIth a strong ability to work under pressure, with negotiation, communication skills and innovation awareness.

6.In ability of systematic data analysis and software skills.

任职要求

1.统招本科及以上学历，机械制造、化工机械、供应链管理等相关专业。

2.五年以上制造业采购工作经验，三年以上采购经理/供应链经理工作经验。

3.英语四级以上，口语流利，可作为工作语言。

4.具备跨文化沟通与协作能力，具备战略思维、决策及团队管理能力。

5.具备较强的的抗压能力，具备谈判、沟通能力及创新意识。

6.具备系统的数据分析、软件使用能力。
