We’re looking for a dynamic leader who can navigate a complex organizational landscape, ensuring the successful delivery of web platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder management, the ability to align technology with business goals, and the leadership to unite cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy:
  • Drive the strategic direction for the corporate web platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology roadmaps.
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of product owners, technical specialists and support.

• Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business areas, aligning priorities and fostering strong collaboration in a decentralized environment.
  • Build consensus among diverse stakeholders to ensure cohesive decision-making and effective implementation of initiatives.

• Platform Development & Management:
  • Oversee the technical and functional development of the web platform, integrating modern, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • Ensure adoption of new technologies, enabling seamless decoupling of frontend and backend systems over time,
  • Manage Platform's budget & roadmaps, timelines, and resources effectively, delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Manage the external partners involved in the operations, support and development of the platform.
  • Prioritize tasks based on business needs, maintaining a clear focus on high-impact deliverables.
  • Ensure the web platform adheres to relevant standards and regulations in the market.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize platform performance, enhancing user satisfaction and reducing technical debt.

Preferred Competencies

• Proven experience in managing web platforms or digital ecosystems within a decentralized organization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration.
• Deep understanding of web architectures (headful/headless), design systems, and modern web technologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of driving alignment and motivating teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps.
