#NeverStopLearning Festival
First launched in 2021 as a global Learning Week, a period of dedicated programming and events showcasing and highlighting our learning culture has grown exponentially to become our annual extended #NeverStopLearning Festival.
We always celebrate and demonstrate the integration of learning into daily work, yet we also take this opportunity to step out of routines. Through lunch and learn sessions, self-paced activities, round tables, and panel discussions we learn new and diverse topics together. It’s shaped by our employees and for our employees and is an essential part of our culture!
During the festival, we also honor exceptional employees with our Courageous Penguin Award. This award recognizes individuals or teams who embody the spirit of a “Courageous Penguin” through their bold and resilient contributions at work, pushing the art of the possible.

This is offered as a stand-alone development initiative for selected leaders/specialists and/or embedded into broader development programs and initiatives locally. Tailored to individual development needs, this approach enables our employees to identify, explore and develop own solutions and strategies for continuous development. It is our ambition to further drive our coaching culture across the Atlas Copco Group.
