Application and recruitment process

The application process is now closed and will reopen in the fall for the 2025 program.

How it goes

  1. Apply
    Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that you should apply in your home country.
  2. Personality questionare
    If you are selected, you will receive a link to a personality questionnaire that will take you 20 minutes to fill in.
  3. Interview
    The shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview with the local human resources responsible and the department manager.
  4. Local contact
    If you are among the final candidates, you will arrange your international internship locally together with the human resources responsible.
  5. Local contact
    Now you are welcome to join the world of the Atlas Copco Group in the Industrial Technique Business Area, becoming apart of the group of international students. You will start your first period with your mentor to guide you through your development journey.
