Brazilian service company has become part of Atlas Copco Group

Nacka, Sweden, May 3, 2024: Tecturbo, a Brazilian service company and manufacturer of parts for centrifugal compressors, has become part of Atlas Copco Group.

Tecturbo was founded in 1992 and is located in Campinas in Sao Paulo State. The company has 51 employees and during 2023 the revenues amounted to approximately 30 MBRL (60 MSEK*).

 

“Tecturbo has a strong reputation as a quality service provider and this acquisition will allow us to further strengthen our offering and increase our presence in South America,” said Philippe Ernens, President of the Compressor Technique business area.

 

The purchase price is not disclosed. The business has become part of the Compressor Technique service division.
