[Purpose of this Job]
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs for customers’ equipment at their sites or our facilities.
- Support IT solutions and projects for customers in Korea.
- Provide technical support to MVI and GIN customers and report to the Regional Service Manager.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot complex production systems.
- Bridge customer production processes with relevant IT products and solutions.
[Duties & Responsibilities]
Field Support and Maintenance
- Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot our products.
- Provide technical support to customers’ production and maintenance teams.
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and capability tests.
- Analyze and report technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Enhance on-site service quality and customer satisfaction.
Training and Communication
- Maintain and improve technical knowledge of products.
- Communicate with global teams and external stakeholders.
Business Development and Service Managerment
- Expand service contracts and support spare parts quoting.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales to provide application expertise.
- Work according to Atlas Copco "The Way."
[Qualifications]
Experience/Education
- Knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Engineering background (mechanical, electronic, or computer) preferred.
- Entry-level applicants welcome
Knowledge/Skill
- Hands-on experience with mechanical/electrical equipment installation and service.
- Knowledge of automation robots and vehicle manufacturing processes – preferred.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers or PC-based controllers.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
