Upholding high ethical standards

We are committed to upholding high standards of ethics in all our business interactions, and we require the same from our business partners. This includes suppliers, subcontractors, joint venture partners, agents, resellers, and distributors. All our business partners are expected to follow our Code of Conduct. We screen and audit them to ensure they meet our standards regarding quality, business ethics, human rights, environment performance, and resource efficiency. This is central to managing risks and enhancing sustainability throughout our value chain. All significant business partners must sign our Business Partner Criteria.

Business Partner Criteria

Our Business Partner Criteria reflect the key principles of our Code of Conduct. By signing this document, business partners commit to our values and that they understand that non-compliance can lead to termination of the partnership and regular audits to verify compliance. The criteria include the following areas:
