PURPOSE OF THIS JOB 

• As Field Service Technician, you will have to support Desoutter Industrial solutions, which include Tooling such as Electronic hand-held and fixture tools and Process control, Error proofing and other solutions while providing repairs and field service support upon customer’s call.
• You will be part of the CPS Business Line and support our customers in Motor Vehicle Industry, Tiers and General Industry. You will have to report directly to the Service Leader.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

• Install and configure Desoutter system.
• Analyze and resolve issues in the field.
• Repair and preventive maintenance activities.
• Follow up on Wi-Fi tool’s incidents, reconfigurations, and modifications, as well as software updates.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic knowledge of industrial automation or electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Field service or maintenance experience is a preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English is favorable.
