Job description

  • Achieve sales target & develop market share.
  • Manage, call on, and sell products and services directly to distributors in assigned territory.
  • Pursue sales lead, promote product and conclude order with professionalism.
  • Liaise with internal colleagues to coordinate activities in executing sales order.
  • Feedback and make report as per requirement by the Sales Manager on all sales related activities and market information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with key distributors and customers.
  • Continuous improvement of Distributors competency
  • Primary objective is to sell parts but also to be accountable for aftermarket issues which then are relayed to the aftermarket department.  Single point of contact for Distributors
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time as per the Sales Manager’s instructions.
  • Define pricing & discount structures in conjunction with the Sales Manager
  • Develop starter packs for new distributors / presentations & communication material
  • Update Market Share on quarterly basis
  • Maintain updated info regarding competition activities and pricing

Experience requirements

  • Proven track record of sales & marketing in industrial sales environment
  • Strong Distributors/Key Account Management Skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, mainly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well written and spoken English is a plus. Willingness to improve English skills in a short period.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese. Taiwanese is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and confident
  • Able to work with least supervision
  • Presentation Skill, Business Writing Skill, Negotiation Skill, Socializing Skill, Selling Skill
  • Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Marketing / Business
  • Willing to travel
