Your Role
Programming of internal PLC and integrating them with customer’s production lines (using industrial interfaces – profinet, profibus, etc…)
Setting and troubleshooting network communication including Wi-Fi
Programing and setting advanced tightening processes
Flexible reacting to customer calls and service requests - visits on demand, hotline support
Managing flexible working hours depending on customer needs
Project handling, from project startup to completing final installations and functionality check
Independently executing daily service work in field, such as programming & startup of assembly equipment controllers
Repair of electronic tools & systems & components repairing, regular maintenance & troubleshooting with necessary legal electrical certifications up to 1 kV.
Providing trainings for customers and other service engineers
Preparing calculations of jobs required by customers
Identification of new Service business opportunities and their communication with responsible salesman
Taking active care and further developing professional relationship with customers
Cooperating with Sales teams and Project teams to ensure proper information flow and maximizing customer satisfaction, actively looking for service business opportunities and communicating these to Service Sales Engineers
Timely and completely planning and reporting all own activities and data in line with internal standards
Keeping high level of utilization and efficiency of own work
Reporting travel expenses completely and in time in line with internal rules
Immediately reporting to reporting manager and sales team any quality issues or any other issues noticed that might have impact on business
In case appropriate authorization is obtained, performing calibrations according to requests from Calibration laboratory and in line with clients orders
Following and executing IMS policy, objectives, processes and programs, particularly those linked to job performed, actively monitor changes in these standards in order to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the processes
To succeed, you will need
Education: min. secondary school + graduation, technical education necessary
Languages: Slovak, level: fluent + English, level: min. intermediate
PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel
Min. 2 years of relevant experience (experience in industrial production, maintenance or repair necessary)
Certificate to work with electrical devices in line with local legislation is necessary
Driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
Team-player, basic leadership & organizing skills
