Job description
- Implementation of the Divisional Service strategy to achieve customer satisfaction and 1-to-1 ratio strategic targets.
- Visits pre-qualified optimization leads information in the region.
- Prospects new channels/partners in the region.
- Establish rapport and maintain regular contact with existing and new customers.
- Introduction new optimization all products and service upgrades.
- Actively engage in planned prospecting activities geared at increasing the customer base.
- Meet with customers to identify customer's current and future needs and then provide one or more optimized Solutions via technical proposal.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, pricing, credit terms, and renewal, extension, or alteration of service contracts to customers.
- Activate and maintain contract services.
- Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people / employees relevant to this mission.
- Prepare monthly reports as assigned relative to activity, orders won and lost, closings, follow-up, and performance against budget.
- Report on special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity, including recommendations for product, service, pricing changes and evaluation of competitive developments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Provides basic training to service field sales (direct & indirect), EX: optimization all products.
- Interacts with customer, Installer and Planner for project milestones to drive execution.
- Prospects competitor activities & pricing.
- Main touch point with Keep Fit SSE and other divisions for leads hunting.
Experience requirements
3+ years of relevant industrial Sales experience, preferably in the compressed air industry or similar rotating equipment industry.
Commercial or Service Sales background is required.
Educational requirements
junior college / College in Business or Industry preferred.
Personality requirements
- Must be self-directed with a proactive commercial sales approach and results driven.
- Strong customer focus and can-do attitude at all times.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive thinking & Proactive.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
