About the Role:
Are you a leader with a passion for delivering exceptional aftersales service and driving business growth? As the PT Aftersales Leader for the South Region, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our operations, building strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team across one of Eastern Europe’s most dynamic territories.

Reporting to the Regional Business Line Manager (PTS), you'll work to elevate the Power Technique Service Division to new heights by aligning operations with market needs, maximizing service potential, and fostering team excellence.

Your Mission

  • Drive Business Growth: Unlock the full potential of the South Subregion by identifying market opportunities, developing segmentation strategies, and implementing actionable plans to enhance sales and customer share.
  • Exceed Targets: Achieve ambitious growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Strengthen Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver results while fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Build long-lasting relationships with customers and dealers, ensuring satisfaction through tailored solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Analyze market potential and gaps to create effective business strategies.
  • Strengthen dealer networks and enhance regional operations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust tactics to maintain a competitive edge.

 

Sales Leadership:

  • Coordinate sales team activities to achieve annual targets for revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Implement sales campaigns and marketing strategies, reporting on their success.
  • Develop new business opportunities across all service and product segments.

 

Team Management:

  • Lead and inspire the sales team to improve performance and develop new skills.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, fairness, and respect.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, provide feedback, and create development plans.

 

Operational Excellence:

  • Streamline workflows using innovative technology.
  • Monitor and ensure prompt receivables collection and asset protection.
  • Provide clear and concise monthly reports to the Regional BLM.

 

Customer Focus:

  • Develop strong customer loyalty through effective communication and tailored solutions.
  • Act as the key point of contact for service-related inquiries, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years in industrial sales and marketing, preferably with technical or industrial products.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.

 

Skills:

  • Fluency in English (knowledge of other regional languages is an asset).
  • Strong CRM knowledge and expertise in sales planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Education:

  • University degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Additional qualifications in Sales and Marketing are a plus.

Personality:

  • Analytical and open-minded, with a focus on innovation and improvement.
  • Strong communicator and team builder with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and ready to embrace new challenges.
