Job Description

Responsible for machining process, tool design, CAM programming, tool selection and other related work:

1. Design  the machining process.

2. Identification of tooling requirements and tooling design.

3. Use CAD drawing model and CAM software to prepare process program.

4. Provide process technology support and guidance for production process.

5. Edit and manage process data and process documents of SAP, KM, TMS and DNC software.

负责机加工工艺，工装设计，CAM编程,刀具选型等相关工作：
1.零件机加工工艺过程设计。
2.工装需求识别，工装设计。
3.使用CAD绘图模型，CAM软件编制工序程序。
4.生产过程提供工艺技术支持和指导。
5.编辑管理SAP、KM、TMS、DNC软件的工艺数据和工艺文件。
 

 
To succeed, you will need  

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical design and manufacturing and automation, mechanical design and manufacturing.

2.CET-4 or above, with good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

3.At least 3 years' working experience in machining process.

4. Proficient in office software, experience in CAM programming is preferred.

5. Have the ability to track, guide and communicate the process verification process.

6. Good at the  process of technology, objective and rigorous analysis and argumentation.

7. With Positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

任职要求
1.统招本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及自动 化、机械设计制造等相关专业。
2.英语四级以上，具备一定的听、说、读、写能力。
3.三年及以上机加工工艺相关工作经验。
4.能熟练使用办公软件，CAM编程经验丰富者优先。
5.具备工艺验证过程跟踪、指导、沟通能力。
6.工艺技术方面富有创造力、想象力思维，分析论证时客观严谨，喜欢钻研。
7.工作态度主动积极，责任心强。
