We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our organization that will develop business with the following focus points: 

Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives:

  • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with both short-term objectives and the company's Full Potential Growth Plan.
  • Focus on market expansion and revenue growth (organic & In organic), identifying new opportunities for value and sustainability selling

Territory Management & Sales Efficiency:

  • Enhance sales efficiency through strong territory management, using tools like ZoomInfo, IIR, and PGA to allocate resources effectively and drive optimal sales performance.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team, including Area Sales Managers and inside sales representatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and feedback to enhance team capabilities.

Data-Driven Sales Strategies:

  • Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools to track performance, forecast revenue, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain an updated and quality sales pipeline, adhering to the sales process with a focus on SMART objectives and sales KPIs.

Omnichannel Sales Execution:

  • Create and implement an integrated sales strategy across traditional and digital channels, leveraging social selling, email marketing, and in-person engagements to maximize reach and effectiveness.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to deliver a seamless and positive customer journey, from prospecting through to post-sale support.
  • Promote a customer-centric approach, understanding customer pain points and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.

Promotions & Value Selling:

  • Drive product promotion and achieve assigned rental and sales revenue goals through presentations and a customer-focused 4-panel approach addressing client needs and pain points.
  • Develop rapport with key decision-makers and end users at job sites, establishing strong relationships and understanding customer requirements.

Business Planning & Market Analysis:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan based on company goals and strategies – 5 Dimensional growth Plan.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts, adapting sales strategies to meet evolving customer demands.

Requirements:  Minimum of Five plus years in sales management and managing high performance teams, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.  Experience with digital sales tools and CRM system,s (Salesforce, etc.) is required

Education Requirements:  Preferred Bachelor of Science Degree, in Engineering or Technical field of study, with business, customer service, or sales experience; Alternatively bachelor’s degree in business, or similar, with industry related experience working with technical sales or business.

Leadership Skills:  Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams. Frequent travelling with sales team to lead by example.

Digital Savy:  Proficiency in using sales automation, analytics tools, and social media for lead generation and customer engagement.

Customer- Centric:  Strong understanding of Sustainability initiatives and how it may impact the growth of business.

Strategic Thinker:  Ability to align sales strategies with business objectives and adapt to market changes

Communicaton:  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels

Additional Requirements:  Able to read instructions, numbers and to write legibly in English.  Competent in understanding and communicating product and technical information.  Completes mandated safety training within 10 days of hire.  Follows supervisor’s instructions and works amicably with co-workers.

Equipment and Tools:  Must be able to efficiently and effectively use Lap top computer, smart phone, and I-Pad.

Job location

As a Regional Sales Manager- Southwest, you will be based in Santa Fe Springs, CA and report to the district manager.  You will travel to customer sites within this region. This position is hybrid as you will not always come into the office every day.
