Your Role
- Be responsible for all technical staff’s competence development from mapping, training to certification.
- Ensure the continuously improvement on customer satisfaction measured by regular survey.
- Plan and manage the service organization & operational budget as per market requirements and long-term growth plan while ensuring the efficiency of the team.
- Manage technicians/engineers schedule by communicating with sales representatives and project managers.
- Develop and optimize service network on both field and workshop to ensure the lead-time, quality and efficiency.
- Continuously standardize and improve the service operation workflow so as to improve the quality and efficiency.
- Ensure correct and proper reporting on service activities to divisions within Interaction with global Operations Manager.
- Monitor and Control settlement of all warranty issues with Industrial Assembly Solutions according to the written procedures.
- Ensure proper and structured coordination with the Product Companies on the product quality issues, QCM etc.
- Regularly audit the exist workflow to make sure the execution.
- Be responsible for the service operational KPI and ensure the target fulfilment.
- Be responsible for people selection and development, i.e. interview, coaching and counselling of the employees.
- Proactive action for key customers to retain & develop existing Customer Loyalties.
- Be ready to take up new tasks as assigned.
