Your Role

Mission:

• Smart Analytics Insight Center with a strong presence in the Shared Service Center owns the analytics platform for ITBA that is agile, aligned, simple and transparent. Leveraging the new technology, the solution is based on data lake in Azure with PowerBi on front and is deemed to be the single point of truth for sales, price, and profitability analytics. Included is also a solution for Business Board Material based on data from GPS.
• Smart Analytics Insight Center has the mission to become an inhouse competence center, giving support, driving adoption, tracking business benefits, and doing development for Industrial Technique Business Area, Divisions and Customer Centers

Responsibilities and objectives:

• Collecting business requirements
• Translating requirements into back end development (data model)
• Working closely together with developers in delivering features
• Front end development including creating relevant dashboards/reports in Power BI
• Ensuring data quality within current suite of reports & datasets
• Train and support users (division, key accounts managers, customer centers…)

 
To succeed, you will need  

Experience requirements & knowledge:

• Intermediate level user of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL and Power BI. Databricks & Phyton is an advantage.
• Experience within finance/business control
• Practical experience within business intelligence and/or analytics
• Good understanding of the financial processes in the Group and/or ITBA divisions
• Working experience with SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP BPC, Polaris Hana Views & GPS is an advantage
• Ability to translate user requests into sustainable solutions
• Fluent in English, in both writing and speaking

Educational requirements:                                           

• Bachelor or Masters in Finance or equivalent
