The Role
- Event Management:
- Assist in creating pre-show promotional materials like flyers, email drafts, or social posts.
- Help coordinate event logistics, such as shipping materials or tracking inventory for giveaways.
- Manage follow-up emails or surveys for post-event engagement.
- Google Ads & Google My Business
- Conduct keyword research for upcoming campaigns.
- Draft ad copy variations for testing.
- Monitor ad performance and compile reports with insights
- Optimize Atlas Copco’s Google My Business listings, ensuring accurate information and adding images.
- LinkedIn Advertising
- Create mock-ups for LinkedIn ads using Canva or templates.
- Schedule and monitor ads, flagging any performance issues.
- Research audience demographics for more precise targeting.
- Public Relations
- Compile media lists and update journalist contact details
- Track and report on press coverage for Atlas Copco initiatives
- Work with Communications Program Manager to develop ads locked in for the year,
- Content Creation
- Design visuals for social media, tradeshows and external brochures.
- Update templates for consistency with the Atlas Copco brand.
- Assist with photoshoots and video shoots as needed.
- Digital Reporting
- Run monthly reports for ad campaign performance.
- Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in optimizing campaigns in HubSpot for better tracking.

What we expect of you?
- Undergraduate student majoring in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising
- Extensive knowledge of social media, specifically bringing fun content ideas to the table.
- Driven and hard-working
- Ability to take direction and multi-task
- PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience a plus
