You will be given an important mission:
- Actively develop and maintain the digital communication channels to raise awareness and generate the leads for our business
- continuously optimizing digital marketing efforts
- be first point of contact for the internal and external client in developing the digital mindset
- act as a digital expert who propose the changes and lead the innovation
You will have interesting responsibilities:
- Create and execute the digital communication strategy.
- Drive SEO (search engine optimization) and SEM (search engine marketing) with a strong focus on generating leads for business growth.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, search engines, email etc.)
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor, adjust and report campaign performance.
- Measure the company’s digital performance and continuously improve the company’s digital presence.
- Responsible for efficient and effective digital interaction with customers and potential customers through e-Commerce, new business website, social media and other digital platforms
- Create engaging content for different platforms to attract and retain customers.
- Active work with marketing leads, proactively seeking for business needs with the BLMs and propose solution based on those needs.
- Work closely with admin division developing Atlas Copco E-commerce platform.
- Closely involved in project of digital sales development in Eastern Europe Customer Center
- Support dealers in developing their e-commerce platforms and care about product appears there.
- Stay up-to date with emerging technologies and digital marketing trends to incorporate them into marketing strategy and tactics.
- Other general marketing activities assigned by the direct manager

Most wanted knowledge and skills you should possess:
- Relevant experience in positions connected with marketing/digital sale or administration roles connected with online platforms
- Familiar with search engine optimization, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing techniques and tools
- University degree in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or similar through experience
- Native in Romania and with good communication in English
- You love to work with people at all levels and build relationships based on trust
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and social media management
- PC skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Indesign or any graphic program advantage
- Strong customer focus, pro-active and “can do” attitude
