Job description
- Achieve sales target & develop market share.
- Manage, call on, and sell products and services directly to distributors in assigned territory.
- Pursue sales lead, promote product and conclude order with professionalism.
- Liaise with internal colleagues to coordinate activities in executing sales order.
- Feedback and make report as per requirement by the Sales Manager on all sales related activities and market information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with key distributors and customers.
- Continuous improvement of Distributors competency
- Primary objective is to sell parts but also to be accountable for aftermarket issues which then are relayed to the aftermarket department. Single point of contact for Distributors
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time as per the Sales Manager’s instructions.
- Define pricing & discount structures in conjunction with the Sales Manager
- Develop starter packs for new distributors / presentations & communication material
- Update Market Share on quarterly basis
- Maintain updated info regarding competition activities and pricing
Experience requirements
- Proven track record of sales & marketing in industrial sales environment
- Strong Distributors/Key Account Management Skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills, mainly Excel and PowerPoint
- Well written and spoken English is a plus. Willingness to improve English skills in a short period.
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese. Taiwanese is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and confident
- Able to work with least supervision

- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Marketing / Business
- Willing to travel
