The Role
Mission:
1. Develop the sales pipeline by creating and qualify sales leads coming from customer inquiries, web, digital
marketing campaigns and cold calling.
2. Find new customer contacts or potential new accounts by running different prospecting activities.
3. Organize sales meetings with new customer contacts.
4. Manage incoming inquiries which might not be sales related.
This role includes the following responsibilities:
➢ Develop strong working relationships with our prospects, customers, sales team, distributors, and other
departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience
➢ Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive qualified sales leads growth
➢ Establish best practices for lead follow up
➢ Continuously improve business processes to ensure successful lead conversion for increased sales
➢ Collaborate with sales team regarding strategic sales methods
➢ Leverage a best-in-class CRM system to assign all leads to the proper channels and support them through
the sales lifecycle.
➢ Maintain accurate records of prospects, end-user customers, contacts, and correspondence in our CRM

What we expect of you?
✓ Bachelor in Business, Engineering or Marketing.
✓ 1-3 years' experience in sales, account management, or customer experience
✓ Good technical understanding of mechanical product and its application in various fields.
✓ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✓ Native Japanese speaker and business English (oral and written).
Personality requirements: We are looking for someone who is customer minded, positive and has a strong interest in engineering and sales experience.
The right candidate is very responsible, very organized, a committed self-starter with ability to work independently, resourceful, imaginative, and eager to take initiative and responsibility. She/he is also a good communicative team player, who works towards the team’s mission, keeping in mind the effects of own actions on the rest of the organization.
This multi-tasker will need to be creative in the search for improvement and make use of new technologies to reach the goals. This means being creative setting up and maintaining processes with different suppliers, flexible and able to work under pressure towards different deadlines, with several people. Some travel possible within Japan (up to 10%).
