Purpose of this Job
- Plan and execute project processes with a focus on achieving GIN sales growth aligned with profit targets.
- Collaborate with application centers in overseas branches to structure optimal projects, and work with domestic automation centers and outsourcing partners to propose new solutions for customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Propose Atlas Copco tightening and assembly systems to customers alongside Sales Engineers. Select outsourced products to configure solutions and lead the project lifecycle from purchasing to installation and commissioning.
Collaborate with application center teams, both domestically and internationally, to configure tightening and assembly systems that meet customer requirements.
Ensure system configurations meet operational standards by reviewing the functionality and interference of tightening and assembly structures (e.g., assembly tools, offset gears, air balance reaction arms, gantry robots, cobots) through provided 2D & 3D drawings.
Work closely with Sales Engineers to develop project proposals and prepare component lists (BOM).
Partner with the Logistics to ensure clear specifications for outsourced products, facilitating a smooth purchasing process.
Coordinate installation and commissioning schedules with the Service Division to oversee and manage project timelines. Create and maintain monthly project progress reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 ~5 years in product sales or engineering within an industrial sector
- Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of engineering products
- Familiarity with HMI software programming, PLC, MES data communication, CAD design
- Proficiency in 2D & 3D drawing modification
- Preferred Experience: Background in smart manufacturing or automation
