Your Role

Your mission as Holding HR Manager Greater China is to create and support an efficient
legal/corporate structure/platform for all entities in the region, including synergy opportunity
cross operational units, whilst ensuring both efficiency and compliance with local labor laws,
internal group processes and external rules and regulations.
You drive HR strategies and activities with your colleagues to create a strong and clear image
of our employer brand across the region, encouraging internal mobility, gender diversity
in a continuous learning culture.
Holding Greater China have around 45 operating entities in the region, representing all Business
Areas and Shared Services.
In this challenging position it is your mission to act as a strategic business partner to the
General Manager and the HR network in the region, provide direction for all human resources
related initiatives and activities that effect the development and attainment of the Atlas Copco
Group strategy and goals.
You will act as a role model and motivate and stimulate the people to follow the Atlas Copco
values and way of working.

Job Description:
To develop, communicate and implement policies in accordance with Atlas Copco Group
guidelines for people management, ensuring both transparency and compliance in line with
the business objectives in the region.

Lead and implement people competence activities including selection, on boarding,
competence development, and continuously improvement of our Learning & Development
program with special focus on leadership development and corporate culture.

Support and take appropriate initiatives to further strengthen our culture of diversity &
inclusive leadership and feedback, leading to high engagement of the employees.

To develop and coordinate employer branding programs for all companies in China to give best
branding and image in the targeted talent market and major recruitment channels.

To support General Managers and China HR managers to identify potential best practices and
opportunities of HR efficiency improvement and synergy alignment to provide cost efficient
and agile digital solutions.

To provide advice, input and assist the Greater China HR network with the interpretation of
company policies/procedures from a Corporate/Holding point of view.

Conduct research into personnel programs and activities, recommends changes or innovations
where desirable

Advisory role to HR Shared Service to support that Compensation and benefits architecture
cross companies are fair, competitiveness and encourage internal mobility.

Serve as an advisor for all human resources matters of a legal nature.

Take active part in Group HRs activities and collaboration forum/meetings and lead/participate
in Group projects in terms of HR and people development programs implementation in China.

To be involved in merger and acquisition projects including due diligence and integration.

In this position you report to the Vice President Holding Greater China.

 
To succeed, you will need  


 Used to work intensively and multitasking
 Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the operational unit and corporate.
 Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
 Experience with compensation programs like e.g. IPE Mercer, Three Unified Policy.
 Experience in change management, integration or restructuring projects
 Ability to work in a self-directed manner
 Ability to maintain highly confidential information
 Excellent Training and Development experience
 Ability to run high level presentation, discussion in English

Educational requirements
You have a university degree in the human resources area or business management or similar
through experience in combination with a track record of proven successful human resources
work in an industrial environment.
 

Experience requirements
You have minimum 8 years of solid practical experience of China labor legislation in
combination with solid experience in organization structural change and people management
processes, with a proven successful management position ideally in a multinational company.
