The Role

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and manage service repair/maintenance/calibration/spare parts etc. quotations for responsible customers per KPI set-up.
  • Cooperate with the zone service sales to implement CCOF initiative to achieve the sales target and develop business scope.
  • Cooperate with the company 400 hotline to follow up the service business related questions and needs and identify or transform business opportunities.
  • Work according to Atlas Copco and customers standard to closely follow the quotes and communicate with customer to decrease customer confirm TAT and improve quotation hit rate.
  • Coordinate with relative departments to ensure order accomplishment (smooth delivery and credit controlling).
  • Follow up customer complains and track the results timely.
  • Maintain customer master data and price pricing structure provide sales support by request.
  • Work with internal and external partner to promote service value.
  • Provide support on staff training and monthly report of sales data analysis.
  • Support continously building on a One company culture where the whole ITBA organization drives Customer Centricity and where we are successful together, collaborate within One Company structure and deliver value-added service.
  • Responsible for the assets registered under your name.
  • Continuously learning to upgrade the competence.
  • Follow The Way We Do Things & Code of Conduct.
  • Ensure 5S standards (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) at work site.
  • Be ready to take up other tasks as assigned.
  • Strictly follow the safety procedures and work instructions, be directly responsible for personal safety in workplace. Correctly wear Personal Protective Equipment. Actively participate safety training, self-learning and other activities. Report safety risks to prevent accident.

  • 根据KPI等要求为负责区域的客户准备和管理维修/保养/标定/备件等报价。
  • 配合负责区域的服务销售实施CCOF,完成销售业务指标并配合拓展业务。
  • 配合公司400热线跟进服务业务的相关问题和需求,并发现或转化业务机会。
  • 根据公司规定及客户标准,密切跟踪报价并与客户沟通,缩短客户确认订单周期,提高订单确认率。
  • 与相关团队协调以确保订单的完成 (顺利交付和信用控制) 。
  • 及时响应客户的投诉并跟踪结果。
  • 维护客户主数据以及价格体系,如有需要,向销售提供工作支持。
  • 与内部和外部合作伙伴一起提升服务价值。
  • 支持新员工培训以及月度销售数据分析报告。
  • 支持持续构建“同一集体”的文化,从而推动整个ITBA以客户为中心,共同取得成功,在“同一集体”的文化框架下互动并提供增值服务。
  • 对登记在名下的固定资产负责。
  • 持续学习以提升技能。
  • 遵循 “我们做事的方式”和 “行为准则”。
  • 确保工作现场的5S标准(整理、整顿、清扫、清洁和素养)。
  • 做好接受其它任务的准备。
  • 严格遵守安全规程和作业指导书,对工作场所的人身安全负有直接责任。正确穿戴个人防护装备。积极参加安全培训、自学等活动。报告安全隐患,防止事故发生

What we expect of you? 

Education & Experience

  • Graduate from University / College
  • 3+ years customer service experience
  • Telemarketing experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of Service products
  • Knowledge of service process
  • Good selling skills
  • Good PC and MS office skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic English both in oral and written
