In this role, you will focus on elevating product quality by acting on feedback from customers, production, and purchasing teams to address field issues and improve designs. You will coordinate problem-solving efforts across departments to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions and oversee the entire process from problem identification to solution implementation. Supporting product teams, you will work to lower failure rates and warranty costs for new machines. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing field data to anticipate potential issues, collaborating closely with suppliers, production, purchasing, marketing, and service teams to refine and optimize solutions, and defining test plans, reviewing results, and implementing improvements based on findings.

• Master’s degree in engineering or industrial sciences.
• Strong skills in managing timelines and mechanical design.
• A collaborative team player with excellent networking abilities.
• Resilient under pressure and adaptable to challenges.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
