The Role

・The responsible sales region:Japan(Mainly East-Japan)
   担当エリア:日本全国(主に東日本)
・Plan, prioritize and execute sales activities in your territory to reach your sales target
   売上目標を達成するために、計画的で優先度を持たせた担当地域の営業活動を実行する
・Maximize fleet and financial profitability with value based market pricing.
   利益確保に最大限努力する
・Maintain and develop existing customers and build up sustainable Key Account business
  Respond to and follow-up sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
   既存顧客をフォローアップ゚し、継続的なキーアカウントビジネスを築く
   顧客からの依頼や問合せに対してタイムリー且つプロフェッショナルナな対応をする
・Assess the market potential based upon the territory, industry sectors and the available fleet mix.
   Also assess the market trends and look for new customers and new applications for rental services.
   市場ニーズ(地域、業種、レンタル機器)を理解し、新規顧客と新規レンタル用途を開拓する
・Learn product and technical knowledge, not only Oil Free compressor but also other rental products.
   オイルフリーコンプレッサ、その他レンタル機器の製品知識の習得
・Use all available sales tools in a disciplined way to plan and execute your sales activities
   and improve your efficiency and sales ratios
   使用可能なすべての販売ツールを規律ある方法で使用して、販売活動を計画し実行し、効率と売上比率を向上させる
・Enter and update all information (leads, accounts, contacts, visits, opportunities, quotations,…)
   timely in R-PSM (ASR’s CRM system)
   R-PSM(営業支援CRMシステム)を使用しタイムリーに全ての情報を入力して更新する
・Report the manager timely and suitable
   上長へのタイムリーで適切な報告
・Provide feedback and information on market trends and competitors development
  市場動向と競合他社の開発に関するフィードバックと情報の報告

Educational requirements
Technical or Commercial degree or similar via experience.
大卒以上、技術専門・経営学学位もしくは同等の経験をお持ちの方

What we expect of you? 

・Experience in direct sales of industrial equipment or related services: aftermarket, rental….
   産業機器営業または関連サービスの経験(アフターマーケット、レンタルなど)
・Good IT user skills (MS Office, CRM,…) 基本的なPC/ITスキル
・Driver license 普通自動車免許
